What's the best way to contact you?
The best way to contact us is via email at customerservice@RoyalGemstones.com. We answer emails within 24-48 hrs (except on weekends and holidays). We also offer live chat as an additional contact option at www.RoyalGemstones.org.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and eChecks via PayPal, M.O.'s, checks, cashiers checks, bank-to-bank money transfers, wire money transfers and well concealed cash (at your own risk) in U.S. Dollars. If using PayPal you must have a PayPal Confirmed U.S. address. We will ship your order to the confirmed address only. PayPal is not accepted for International orders unless it is approved by us prior to your purchase.
Checks and M.O.'s will be held until payment has cleared which can take up to 10 business days or more. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars. You may contact us to make payment arrangements if need be.
When is payment due?
We expect you to make payment within 7 days of the sales close date. If you can not make payment within 7 days or you would like to pay using a method that might take more than 7 days for us to receive you need to contact us within the 7-day time frame to make acceptable payment arrangements.
Have the gemstones been treated (oiling, heat treatment)?
That really depends on the gemstone. Some gemstones have been treated while others are completely natural and have not been treated in any way. Gemstones in general have undergone acceptable conventional treatments and enhancements for centuries and most gemstones sold today have been treated by one process or another. Two commonly accepted colored gem treatments are the oiling of emeralds and the heat treatment of sapphires, rubies, tanzanite, and other colored gemstones. Heat treatment is a widely accepted trade practice, and results in a permanent, stable color. There are certain industry-standard practices for treatments that are trade accepted and we only support and sell gemstones that meet industry acceptable treatment standards. Do you have a return policy?
Yes, we do guarantee the quality of our gemstones and accept returns within 14 days of the date of delivery. We do not however accept buyer remorse returns for merchandise. If you are making a claim of authenticity it must be accompanied with a certificate from an acceptable and internationally recognized gemstone laboratory. A statement from a jeweler is not accepted due to the conflict of interest. Upon return all gemstones and jewelry are inspected and scanned to confirm that the returned merchandise is the same merchandise that we sold.
